I have to tell you Sarah, that I fleetingly glanced at your photo this morning and thought that I had to be sure to read this post when I had computer time later in the day. I thought of that picture all day and guessing that it was an italian creation I guessed parmigana and made egglplant parmesan tonight and it was delicious! Thank you for planting the idea :))

Oh, that looks delicious. In fact all of FF's food looks fabulous, particularly that chicken with all the butter. Yum.
